T2 ECU Updates
With a lot of work from the team here at DTAFast, we have added the option to use the wheel speed sensor input as a cam signal input.
As the T2 wheel speed input supports both Hall Effect and VR sensors, most cam signals can be supported.
This has allowed us to support a whole host of engines on the T2 that we couldn't before!
These include:
- MX5 NB
- MX5 NA and Mitsubishi EVO 4 - 9. Also called 4G63.
- Ford ST170
Retain VVT Functionality with the T2 ECU
The T2 ECU is the perfect solution for small engines with VVT. By utilizing the wheel speed input as the cam signal, the T2 allows you to retain the Variable Valve Timing (VVT) functionality from the factory. This means you can enjoy the benefits of improved fuel efficiency, throttle response, and overall performance while also unlocking new tuning opportunities.
